Rob has a BS in Environmental Science and an MS in Analytical Chemistry with over 20 years experience in quantitative analysis, laboratory and instrumental science. He has participated in multiple successful startups and worked in various regulated laboratory environments including forensics, pharma, and contract CROs, using a broad array of advanced laboratory and analytical techniques. He has held positions as senior scientist, group leader, senior field service engineer, director, and chief scientific officer, in multiple, industry leading companies, His free time is spent in ceramic art and design and growing the best array of sunflowers in Salt Lake City.

Bobby has a Bachelors of Science in Chemistry & Bachelors of Science in Biology from Westminster College, and has over a decade of experience in chemistry and analytical instrument validations testing and training for both government and private labs. Bobby is responsible for the extraction and purification of cannabis biomass into high purity cannabinoid distillates and isolates for use in cannabis product formulations. He is also the lead formulator and developer for medical marijuana and hemp products. Bobby enjoys all things outdoors: hiking, biking, and rock climbing to name a few.

Pharmacist In Charge/ Director of Pharmacy Affairs

Sheb is currently the pharmacist-in-charge at Zion Medicinal in Cedar City, where his expertise in pharmacokinetics and drug interactions has helped improve patient outcomes. He has extensive experience in managing finance and inventory systems to ensure product availability and compliance; assessing growth plans, logistical networks, supply chains, and political dynamics; hiring and training employees in both retail and cannabis-related pharmacies; and implementing MJ Freeway and other cannabis-related software. Sheb has more than twelve years of experience in managing pharmacies. He received his doctor of pharmacy degree from the University of Wyoming and a BA in biology from Southern Utah University.
